Their are hundreds of templates for hosting sites available at Template Monster. They seem to range in price from about $60 – $80. Here’s a search query URL that will bring up a list:

BTW, there really isn’t an issue of compatibility between your hosting site template and WHM or cPanel. But there is a huge issue of interoperability.
Your template is only going to supply the look and feel of your hosting site, not the underlying functionality. If you want automated sign-up, billing and site creation for your customers, you’ll have to get web server software to integrate your hosting site with WHM and a billing system.
Some hosting sites that offer reseller accounts will also give you that kind of software and help you integrate it with your site. Others don’t provide this service.
