How do I limit the bandwidth of a subdomain?

I have a domain hosting reseller account, and I’m also hosting subdomains on my domain. How do I limit the monthly bandwidth of a subdomain? I heard that I can do it either on cPanel or WHM. I just can’t figure out how.
