But there is a huge issue of interoperability. Your template is only going to supply the look and feel of your hosting site, not the underlying functionality. If you want automated sign-up, billing and site creation for your customers, you'll have to get web server software to integrate your hosting site with WHM and a billing system. Some hosting sites that offer reseller accounts will also give you that kind of software and help you integrate it with your site. Others don't provide this service. I hope this helps.
